STANDARDS
- Jacking pipes are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of JSWAS A-2-1999 and JSWAS A-6-2000.
- Pipes are under quality management ISO 9001:2015.
BENEFITS
- High concrete strength, remaining at a minimum of 55 Mpa after 28 days.
- Depending on the wastewater condition, the PVC plastic or the suitable cements and additives will be used to produce the jacking pipes.
- The uses of pipe jacking technique has shown number of advantages, such as: Smooth internal finish giving good flow characteristics; considerably less joints than a segmental tunnel; prevention of ground water ingress by use of pipes with sealed flexible joints. Furthermore, jacking technique helps reducing working hours, risks and expenses; minimal construction noise and environment pollution; minimal surface disruption and reinstatement.
